Here’s an interesting article which gives you techniques to tackle any type of fear from which you may suffer: not just loud noises! (In my case it’s useful for my baby daughter’s foghorn of a voice).

Mr Icarus fluttered too close
To the sun and his wings became toast
You may think his dream
Was rather extreme
But at least he soared higher than most!
